MK系列工業(yè)冷油機適用于數控機床，座標鏜床，磨床、加工中心、組合機床及各種精密機床的主軸潤滑油和液壓傳動媒介的冷卻，能精確的控制循環(huán)介質溫度，能夠有效避免加工過程中，由于循環(huán)介質溫度過高導致的加工工件熱變形，進而影響加工精度。美科工業(yè)冷油機是利用冷媒的蒸發(fā)吸熱原理進行冷卻工作的，機組主要由制冷系統(tǒng)，介質循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，電氣控制系統(tǒng)三部分組成，油泵從機床液箱抽取介質至制冷系統(tǒng)蒸發(fā)器中進行熱交換處理，冷卻后的介質再經冷油機管路回到機床介質箱中，通過連續(xù)循環(huán)工作，使整個機床的循環(huán)介質保持在合理的溫度區(qū)間，從而滿足生產加工工藝需求。
