MK系列工業(yè)冷油機(jī)適用于數(shù)控機(jī)床，座標(biāo)鏜床，磨床、加工中心、組合機(jī)床及各種精密機(jī)床的主軸潤(rùn)滑油和液壓傳動(dòng)媒介的冷卻，能精確的控制循環(huán)介質(zhì)溫度，能夠有效避免加工過(guò)程中，由于循環(huán)介質(zhì)溫度過(guò)高導(dǎo)致的加工工件熱變形，進(jìn)而影響加工精度。美科工業(yè)冷油機(jī)是利用冷媒的蒸發(fā)吸熱原理進(jìn)行冷卻工作的，機(jī)組主要由制冷系統(tǒng)，介質(zhì)循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，電氣控制系統(tǒng)三部分組成，油泵從機(jī)床液箱抽取介質(zhì)至制冷系統(tǒng)蒸發(fā)器中進(jìn)行熱交換處理，冷卻后的介質(zhì)再經(jīng)冷油機(jī)管路回到機(jī)床介質(zhì)箱中，通過(guò)連續(xù)循環(huán)工作，使整個(gè)機(jī)床的循環(huán)介質(zhì)保持在合理的溫度區(qū)間，從而滿(mǎn)足生產(chǎn)加工工藝需求。

The Meike Industrial Oil Cooler uses the principle of evaporation and heat absorption of refrigerant for cooling. The unit is mainly composed of three parts: a refrigeration system, a medium circulation system, and an electrical control system. The oil pump extracts the medium from the machine tool liquid tank to the evaporator of the refrigeration system for heat exchange treatment. The cooled medium is then returned to the machine tool medium tank through the oil cooler pipeline, and is operated through continuous circulation, Keep the circulating medium of the entire machine tool at a reasonable temperature range to meet the production and processing process requirements.
