MK系列工業(yè)冷油機適用于數(shù)控機床，座標鏜床，磨床、加工中心、組合機床及各種精密機床的主軸潤滑油和液壓傳動媒介的冷卻，能精確的控制循環(huán)介質溫度，能夠有效避免加工過程中，由于循環(huán)介質溫度過高導致的加工工件熱變形，進而影響加工精度。美科工業(yè)冷油機是利用冷媒的蒸發(fā)吸熱原理進行冷卻工作的，機組主要由制冷系統(tǒng)，介質循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，電氣控制系統(tǒng)三部分組成，油泵從機床液箱抽取介質至制冷系統(tǒng)蒸發(fā)器中進行熱交換處理，冷卻后的介質再經冷油機管路回到機床介質箱中，通過連續(xù)循環(huán)工作，使整個機床的循環(huán)介質保持在合理的溫度區(qū)間，從而滿足生產加工工藝需求。

The unit is mainly composed of three parts: a refrigeration system, a medium circulation system, and an electrical control system. The oil pump extracts the medium from the machine tool liquid tank to the evaporator of the refrigeration system for heat exchange treatment. The cooled medium is then returned to the machine tool medium tank through the oil cooler pipeline, and is operated through continuous circulation, Keep the circulating medium of the entire machine tool at a reasonable temperature range to meet the production and processing process requirements.
