The air-cooled screw chiller is an integrated temperature control device that uses air as the cold and heat source. With its characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, reasonable structure, simple operation, safe operation, and convenient installation and maintenance, the unit is widely used in industries such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, biology, light textile, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, and machinery to meet various requirements for temperature control systems in different processes.
The design and manufacturing of the unit are subject to the ISO9001: 2015 quality management system certification, and refrigeration components such as compressors, fans, heat exchangers, and throttling components from world-renowned brands are selected. Through systematic matching design, the unit can still operate stably and efficiently under extreme gas conditions of - 20 ℃. The product is suitable for areas lacking water resources, especially for areas with relatively low winter temperatures and without boilers or other heating conditions.
The unit adopts high-efficiency heat exchanger to effectively improve the operating efficiency of the unit. The unit can be installed directly on the roof or other outdoor places with good ventilation conditions, without the need for another computer room, which can save building space. The unit is equipped with multiple protection devices, such as temperature protection switches, overload relays, high and low voltage safety switches, phase sequence protectors, antifreeze switches, and delayed start protection devices, to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the host. The unit adopts a "W" type condenser design, with a reasonable and beautiful layout and high space utilization rate, ensuring that the unit is safe, stable, energy-saving and efficient.
